The following steps have to be followed to process one LGD calibration group:

• select a calibration group (and the corresponding range of runs that will be calibrated)
• determine which tapes contain the data to be stripped,
• strip the data off the tapes,
• process the monitoring information,
• run the calibrator
• tar the stripped data to 8mm tape
• check the results
