The deadline for hotel reservation is 19th October to reserve a rooms at the conference rate.

Hotel reservation deadline has been extended to November 1.

All participants are requested to stay at the Double Tree Hotel Downtown Tallahassee, where a block of rooms has been reserved at the special reduced workshop rate of $104 per night.   SESAPS 2012 will take place in the Double Tree Hotel meeting rooms. The Double Tree Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Tallahassee within a reasonable and pleasant walking distance to the FSU and FAMU campuses.

There are two two ways to reserve a hotel room: via phone, or via online. Each participant must make their own hotel reservation.

Making a reservation via telephone:
The room block has been set up as “individual call in” reservations. In order to make a reservation within this block, conference participants should call the hotel directly (1-850-2245-500) ask for reservations and identify themselves under the SE Section of American Physical Society group.

Making a reservation via online:
For online hotel reservation, visit the SESAPS reservation page on the Double Tree Hotel Tallahassee website. Enter your arrival and departure dates on the form then press the “Book a Room” button. The SESAPS conference hotel rate is $104/night which include the amenities below.
